Grade: F (Disappointing… Doesn’t work period)

Before I tried this app, I tried getting books from the iPhone app, but it says there are no books available for any searches. I have the book link from my library saying the books are there.

I tried the desktop app in hopes that it would allow me to transfer the files to the phone app. All I get is a modal asking me to select my country, with a completely empty listview and buttons that do nothing. Really? And, the website also crashes constantly in Safari on the iPhone 6 Plus, and I am seeing a server error on your supported devices web page.

Guys, where are your developers? I am seeing 10 ‘one star’ ratings out of 13. In school 3/13 would be an F. For all 3 platforms. Advice: get some QA and processes in place before your company tanks.

Somehow tons of our tax money goes to this company because public libraries purchase this software and I assume pay annual fees.
