Upgrade not working

This app has been balky on my MacBook Pro, running Mavericks. Petty issues, like it would need to be closed out and reopened to refresh the chapters, and it wouldn’t remember where I was in the book. But it would play on my laptop, and I could transfer to my iPhone or my iPad where it would well. This new update installed itself, and after I accessed it by going to my Library’s homepage to get to OneClickDigital, and re-entering my information, I could get to browse the selections. I have borrowed a title, it downloads to my download folder. I double-click it, and the app opens up in it’s old format. No titles, no nothing. It does appear on my phone, but sometimes, I just want to play it on my laptop…. Not really impressed with this new version. I hope that my book will at least retain where I left off!
