Very poor performance and getting worse.

There was a time when I could, with much work, get the OneClickDigital Media Manager to work, this is no longer the case.

I have followed al the directions I have been given. I set my iPod Nano to manually manage music. I have open and closed applications and disconnected and reconnected my iPod numerous times. In spite of these efforts the media manager refuses to transfer the book I have checked out to my iPod.
