Does anyone at OneClickDigital actually try to follow their own instructions?
You can tell the difference between a competent software company versus a less-than-competent software company. The less-than-competent companies will send you “canned” instructions on how to fix a problem that has nothing to do with the issues you’re facing. Worse, they’ll send you instructions for an operating system that isn’t even close to what you’re using, or to an older version of what you’re using.
OneClickDigital makes downloading a simple language program all but impossible. Their instuctions are counter-intuitive, don’t make sense, and are outdated. Worse, when talking to a customer support rep, they assume you’re a technological caveman and are too stupid to follow their “instructions.”
If there was any way to use another program, I’d use it. Unfortunately, this is the company my Public Library uses for downloading language..
