frustrating

I have used this app for years with no problems. However the upgrade of a few months ago has been a disaster. The app closes unexpectedly every few minutes during playback of the ebook, sometimes even throws me out altogether requiring me to sign in from the beginning. The other annoying flaw is that anytime I pause the playback and then restart, it skips back to the beginning of the chapter. I had hoped that the recent upgrade would correct these problems but it has not made any difference at all. Please provide an upgrde that actually works or give me the opportunity to reload the previous version that worked well.
