Poorly crafted iOS app. User Hostile

Ive tried twice to communicate to RecordedBooks my problems and frustrations with this horrendous piece of software and gotten the same canned smug reply. It appears to have been written by software engineers for software engineers with hostility to the end user. I am communicating with my library to see if there might be an alternative like OverDrive (which is user friendly and vastly improved since version 1) to get titles that seem to be exclusive to OneClickDigital. A very poor app.
